We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a tracked shipment (Track & Trace).
  • The return label is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service
Send an email to Grrr123416@outlook.com with your order number and return request. We will provide you with the correct return address.

2. Ship the item
Send the product to the provided address. Returns sent to any other address will not be eligible for a refund.
Keep proof of shipment (tracking number as well as a photo of the returned item and packaging).

3. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email Grrr123416@outlook.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photo(s) so we can assist you.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different item.

Exceptions & Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Products show clear signs of use.
  • Items are not in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns are sent more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Hygiene or personal care items (including underwear, swimwear, opened care or health products, medical devices, etc.)
